Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring all members of your team on an individual basis to bring out their full sales potential
  • Developing a highly motivated direct sales team that strives for success
  • Supporting and facilitating sales activities by accompanying your team to customer meetings
  • Being a role model for your sales team
  • Selling Retarus cloud services proactively by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending the appropriate messaging solutions
  • Building and maintaining executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Developing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Effectively communicating with management and provide suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels
  • Managing the sales cycle and forecasting to prioritize and engage resources effectively by managing your sales funnel in CRM on a regular basis
  • Establishing and managing sales strategies and KPI Performance indicators 

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring others
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales focused on prospecting into enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong passion for IT, innovation and business processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation and prospecting skills
  • Client relationship building and nurturing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields or equivalent sales experience 

Requirements:

  • Eligible to lawfully work in the United States without future sponsorship requirements
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Willing to take and able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
