Inside Channel Manager

To continue that growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Executive: an energetic, determined individual who knows how to sell.

The Key Account Executive has a unique and exciting opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies on the globe, build relationships within them, and add them to the list of our satisfied customers.

  • Support the Channel Management team with all aspects of their job including but not limited to Communication with our Master Agent population.
  • Search our Master base for new opportunity and establishing better relationships with our masters
  • assist Channel Managers with entering any low-end orders which come through our Master Agents
  • contact our Agent base /large customers to upsell, cross sell any new opportunities informing the Channel Managers & Master Agents as to any positive results
  • Establish daily contact with the team to find additional ways to grow the business
  • Cold Calling prospects to generate new leads for the agent population
  • Assist with monthly CRM clean up
  • Main contact for our Marketing team
  • Assist with all Channel Partner shows, setting up hotel reservations & general event coordination


  • Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative international environment
  • Several years of IT related sales or customer support
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to self-manage and multi-task
  • Results oriented and accountable
  • BA/BS – required
