What you’ll need
- 1-2 years of telemarketing/outbound call experience desired
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience selling into Enterprise accounts, healthcare systems, or financial services preferred
- Understanding of Cloud, Healthcare, or Finance communication applications desired
- An outgoing and positive attitude
What you’ll do
- Identifying new sales opportunities, successfully schedule appointments and build a new customer base
- Proactively reach out to new prospects through calling, emailing, social media and other selling techniques
- Conduct consultative meetings and perform needs analysis with potential target customers
- Sell diverse portfolio of communication products through developing and fostering strategic relationships and showcasing Retarus’ innovative value
- Prioritize and engage resources effectively through active use of CRM and related tools
